Sporty is a very special guy who came to us on a very special circumstance.

Complete honest description- Sporty lived at the track for the first ten years of his life. He was then purchased by and older woman as a trail/ pleasure riding horse.

When his only other equine partner passed away Sporty became stressed and upset. He developed ulcers as a result.

Unfortunately Sporty’s owner couldn’t afford the treatment ( We aren’t going to judge) and he came to us, by way of my vet. Sporty just needed a sport place to land to heal.

Because of his ulcers and broken heart Sporty lost a ton of weight and his coat was dull.

If you are still reading this, now let me tell you the great things about Sporty. 

He is a brilliant mover. He moves and goes like a warmblood. He has a huge floating trot and well balanced rocking horse canter.

Now that his ulcers have been treated, he is ready to find his partner. Sporty is sound, and he is broke. He is solid walk/trot/canter and whoa. He doesn’t have much formal training. He is smart and kind with a big heart.

He has tons of trail miles. He baths, clips, loads, ties and trailers. He has put on tons of good weight and really starting to shine.

He will be available to the very best of homes that will love and adore and continue to see him on the way to happiness.
